Reservation and seating policies
Los Tamarindos Organic Farm & Restaurant is a reservation driven restaurant. We do welcome walk in guests although as we do not have a seating area at our bar, we will accommodate them as much as possible, always guaranteeing that they are comfortably seated.
Reservations are accepted by phone and our online reservation page.
This policy is our only option given. Our manager is here to answer the phone after noon MST every day except Tuesdays, as we are CLOSED. All other times, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Reservation request messages left on the answering machine are honored in the order they are received. Please clearly state:

There may be times where an employee states that our manager must call back to confirm. Please understand this is done only to ensure proper table spacing times for the day requested.
Reservation Timing Policy
Parties that are late for their reservation time are given fifteen minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Twenty minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.
Large Party Policy (Special Groups)

Large Party reservations (14+) must be carried via phone (624)1056031 or e-mail reservations@lostamarindos.mx directly with our management.

Large party reservations (14+) will require a 50% Deposit to reserve, and must be confirmed the day of the reservation.

Event Garden reservations must be PAID IN FULL (100%), seven (7) days prior to date is highly suggested.
Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to date will receive 25% penalty

Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to date will receive 50% penalty

Event Garden Cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE

Separate checks can be accommodated, however we limit it to two (2)

Our handmade cocktails take at a minimum five minutes each to prepare. Patience is appreciated

We do allow guest to bring in their own wine with the exception of any wines we carry. There is a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle. Unfinished wine may be taken with you but the cork must be fully compressed, in a bag and the bottle taped to prevent consuming prior to your destination.

Guests with food allergies should inform your server at the beginning of your meal, prior to ordering. Please discuss your food allergies with the server so the chef can adjust your meal.

Gratuity is voluntary although 20% is suggested. All parties of fourteen(14) or more will have a mandatory gratuity charge of 20% added to the pre-tax total.
